The Quick Middle Eastern Platter
There are quite a few "staples" I always have in the pantry. The list sits at about 50 items and I will be featuring each over my 100 days project. Dried chickpeas, a can of ready chickpeas, good olive oil, garlic and homemade relish are excellent "fast food" creators. This is the last minute platter, made with each of the above. Fantastic for throwing something together without leaving the house.
