This is a continuation on the french/ english sayings I was looking at a few days ago.
This saying is the equivalent of the english “don’t jump to conclusions" yet I think the message could be slightly lost in translation. I think most people would think I were a little mad if I started talking about donkeys named Martin, but it obviously works for the French. :)
