100 Days Project

Tracey : Meals On Heels!

For the next 100 days I will create family meals, baking and other recipes, inspired by the need to be frugal, healthy and often gluten, sugar and dairy free! As a working Mother I am never out of heels, racing home to whip up quick nutritious meals, snacks, baking and treats. Meals On Heels is my 100 Days Project! I am so excited!

Day 3:

Spinach and Bacon Tart

I am always focused on creating home "fast food". Meals, treats and baking that can be pulled together and cooked within a 15 - 30 minute time frame. Healthy fast food that can be on the table in half an hour after a busy day at work or standby's when a friend or two pops in for a visit.
