The Sri Lankan Trio
Being married to a Sri Lankan, I have been fortunate to be taught how to cook by my sister in law, whom is truly amazing in the kitchen. The food is fresh and light. Very clean food without the need for heavy ghee or coconut milk. In fact in this trio, the fish curry made with Monk Fish is complemented by milk and tamarind. Dahl, red lentils, is always our side dish, packed with iron and a quick, easy, home fast food.
