100 Days Project

Willie: What It Is To Ponder

Every day there are opportunities to ponder. So often life gets in the way to ponder with meaning. For the 100 days of this project I will take time out every day to reflect on those ponder-able moments. I will attempt to articulate my 'ponderings' through the use of poetry. Risky but fun. Can I actually write poetry? Here we go...

A visitor called in today
From many days gone by.
The chatter was amazing
The twinkle filled her eyes.

The stories flowed, the tales were tall.
By gosh some fun was had.
Both dear old ladies shared much joy.
It makes one’s heart feel glad.

But now the visitor has gone
And sleep has re-set in.
Not much will be remembered
But at least good times were had.

Day 11:

The Visitor

Live for the moment, responsibly.
