I love pasta. I should have been born in Italy as I have such a love of it (plus other things they have, like pizza, cheese, salami, wine, pesto and the list continues). I recently learned to make pasta, and love that I can make something I adore so easily.
Making pasta can be time consuming, and can be a good workout of the arms, but tonight it was cathartic. All my heart went into it. I made spinach and ricotta ravioli and an onion, garlic, basil, tomato and cream sauce. Oh, and lashings of parmesan cheese of course. Bellissimo!
